Two weeks ago, my globe postpaid cellphone balance was .98cents, I couldn’t have any emergency access to call their 211 customer service hotline to report my concern. I also have a smart postpaid cellphone so I used it for out going calls and text to reply all my Globe phone activities. I hate going to Globe office or meeting anyone of them because I had a huge complaint 4 years ago that went endless. So last Monday I went to ask the Globe guard which was very helpful to assist me, it was very busy and crowded. He assist and dialed the customer service assistance then put me online, I was given a reference number of my concerned and the online crew apologized because she found out I am even over paid my dues for 1,000 pesos! I told her that I am always overpaying globe to avoid issues and drama again. After their apology, I was advised to wait within 24 hours to activate my autoload. I was very calm and end the conversation with a big thank you. But wait! Today is already Wednesday! And still my bloody business phone is half paralyzed! The 24 hours promise and apology was FAKE! So I made an electronic autoload at the nearby Sorrysorry store for 50 pesos to burst my anger to 211 customer hotline of globe. The guy answered my call sounds very nervous and I think he had enough complaints so, I calmed down. I told my drama and same procedure; apologized and he will follow up the matter. After our conversation, I received a text from globe asking me to rate JB-the agent who assisted my concerned! Hello!!! I have to rate the bloody company first before the staff!! I cannot break up any relationships of PLDT, Smart and Globe because it’s a must have for my business. Now time to do a Headstand!
After having an Autoload of 50 pesos at Sorrysorry store i received a Scam text that i Won 780,000pesos, then just now after i finished this thread, i received again a text To get the Hottest song for 20/ after a week trial! Holy sh*t day!! i want my bloody 1,000pesos balance back on my PHOne NOW!! and i want a glass of Petrus redwine vintage if possible! and just send me personally the Hottest man on earth!!!
