    A friend needs a 2nd opinion before going to Cebu or Manila to see a heart specialist. Any recommendations for Holy Child? Thank you.

    I was given the name of Dra Sayson at HC; a cardiologist

    That would be Dr. Karen Sayson, who practices at HC and at SMC. She seems competent at diagnosis.
