    Hi there, me and my partner are arriving in dumaguete on wed 12th August and am looking for either a short term rental, while we look for something more permanent - or long term. Ideally two bedrooms if long term but studio / one bedroom is ok for short term. I run an online counselling practice so I desperately need relatively stable internet connection. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of anywhere available?

    My wife is in the real estate business and to be blunt there is an extreme shortage of good rental units available in Dumaguete and surrounding area. I know right now she has one or two which are good, but price ranges are in the 20-25 k per month. If that is within your budget let me know and I will have my wife contact you,

    Thanks gord, just arrived and found a studio at dumaguete apartments. But will be looking for a more permanent place to rent over the next month around 15000 so would be grateful if your wife could contact me. Not sure how to go about that on the forum

    Ive had "stable" internet for over a year with globe however slow as F..especially during the day when everyone is online. PI is one of the countries that hasnt quite gotten up to date with the latest and greatest internet speeds/
