I went by Richard's, behind Lee Plaza, to find it "permanently closed". A posting there recommends a place on Silliman Ave., but that turns out to be a unisex spa. Is there an old-fashioned man's barber shop downtown? Sadly, it may be that many young men and boys' perferred styles nowadays lend themselves to unisex treatment, rendering barber shops unprofitable.
Jim I use Boucheys opposite Dew Foam by Conchitas warehouse not far from where you are talking about. JP
At the intersection of Hibbard and EJ Blanco,is a mens barbershop I have used for three years---quick, inexpensive and efficient!
I always used the one in the mall, cut n loose until I found the barber shop on highway in bacong market. This guy is spot on and takes his time for p40! P150 in the mall now but always give the guy in bacong a good tip.
Nope,it's right on the highway. Pass the concrete fish then a small road going off and it adjoins a small Internet cafe/copy shop.
There's a shop on the north highway next to a gasoline station that starts with a G, can't remember the name. There is a crippled guy with bad arms and hands, it's a little scary when he comes at you with the scissors and the straight razor but he does a very good job. I still have both ears..
I always get my haircut at Arnel's (?) up in Valencia. It's on Luna Street between Larena St and Zamora St. I think it is 30-40 pesos for a haircut. Midday there is usually no wait. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
