Just wondering what the cable channel availability/line up is in Dumaguete? I'm not a big TV watcher but.....do enjoy watching the NASCAR race on Sunday.
NASCAR is not a popular sport here in the Philippines and I don't believe the basic cable options will have that one regularly. I have seen it on TV a few times though. You will likely need to go to one of the sports bars to catch the races.....or bring an AFN decoder with you.
