    Serious flooding occurring in Manila. I wonder if south highway going into town is flooded near Banilad?

    As of 10:30am and 12:30pm today, no flooding on south highway.

    :facepalm:Odd How the Helicopter Carrying the Secretary of State for Energy made it into Dumaguete on time this Morning.
    Another thing about Joe Public not getting the Service they pay for :whistling:

    As at 1.25pm Bagacay River Crossing (Larena Drive) end just Passable but with care, if Going to Hypermart from Taclobo be aware :jawdrop: That Spillway can be a nasty one and if the rain keeps up it may well be Closed at some stage:thumbsup:

    Today was not an Anti Flying Day, more like a logistics Problem again, Rolling Stock in the wrong Place.
    We have I know all flown in a darn sight worse Weather than that of this Morning.

    OK - it was quite thick up here on the hill this morning, so I gave the airlines the benefit of the doubt. Put it down to 'fun in the Philippines'.
