I have the same question. 1700+ comments on the video but 50% of them are saying "amen", "thank to god for rescuing him" and "god is good" (if god was so awesome he wouldn't allowed the man to be thrown in the water in the first place) the other 50% of comments are in untranslatable Bisaya short hand.

His first name is Lance. Just saw the video on my GF's Ipad. He is from New York and a nice guy who has had some problems lately.
