    I have the same question. 1700+ comments on the video but 50% of them are saying "amen", "thank to god for rescuing him" and "god is good" (if god was so awesome he wouldn't allowed the man to be thrown in the water in the first place) the other 50% of comments are in untranslatable Bisaya short hand.

    I have seen the man when we rented at ryu apartments . my partner knows his wife and has talked to her a few times she said he was from some were in USA .i am not sure but i think he is or was a member a of Dumaguete Expats. the rest we can agree to disagree on m8
