Just curious about the "Bad Form" post rating. Did I do something to offend or was that an accidental post rating?
I called The Dream travel agent to cancel our appointment in cebu for tomorrow. According to them the Dumaguete DFA will be open in December <without mentioning what year>.
Hmm I see well that raises a question from me. Are they going to allow people up the Centre staircase by the Stage before 10am? As they stop people going up to the 2nd Floor, the Escalators are not on till 10 am. Like "J Mall in Cebu, we use the Back Stairs until the Mall opens. Jack

Sorry to say no,the dfa has nothing to do with the bi so it's still Cebu or Manila. Department of foreign affairs only issues passports.
Not quite correct the DFA as the title says is responsible for foreign affairs throughout the world including embassies, although the DFA offices throughout the Philippines do seem to be passport offices
