Try refreshing the page. Looks fine on my browsers (Edge and Chrome).

 

That's very odd. Can you get a screen shot next time that happens?

(On Windows 10 you press and hold the Windows Key plus the "prt sc" / "print" button.....maybe just the "print" depending on your settings. File should save in your pictures folder, maybe under "Screenshots".)

 

On that page there is a google ad above your post but it is only a text ad, nothing interactive....and the size should be 90 pixels tall. Here is how it looks for me:

If you are seeing any pop-up type of ads there is a chance that you might have a adware pop-up extension installed on your browser. Might want to check those to see if you have anything you don't recognize there.
For Chrome this is how you view your extensions (not sure the process on Edge or Firefox):




I know you probably already know where all this stuff is, just giving the instructions as I get quite a few questions about pop-up/misplaced advertisements.

Is this what you are getting? (I imagine this is a problem that will be there in devices with smaller screens as well.)

 

Should be fixed now. The ad just needed a couple page breaks after it's code.
