Sorry to be negative but there is no better here, drop names in a hat and pick one,and as goes for customer service please let us all know if you find anything like that also!
Saying that don't do wireless it sucks,go for wired if possible and good luck.

Get a dual LTE phone. Put an LTE SIM from Globe and Smart. Use the connection which works the best and the other as a back-up. Get a pocket wifi for the connection you use the most so that you aren't always relying on the phone for the connection.

Sky cable and PLDT are pretty reliable if you download a lot i don't recommend Globe because of its FUP which slows down your connection if it detects you're using a lot of bandwidth, globe also has data capping you can only use 1 gig per day i think.

PLDT also has data caps on their wireless plans (1GB/day). A wired connection is the only way to get away from the data limits.

I've been told you can get a plan that doesn't have data capping, I recently applied for a new connection sadly all the slots in our area is full.

I was told there are no LTE plans without a data cap last month. Only DSL has unlimited data.

Ned over at Philippine Dreams just did his monthly "budget" You Tube video, and he claims some blistering speeds @ p2000 from Skycable. Here's the link to the video:

Here's the thread I'm referring to in the comments section.

What?! 16Mbps for PhP2,000.! I'm paying PhP1,670 for just 3Mbps, and it seldom if ever gets faster than 2Mbps. Which ISP are you guys using?

Skycable. Telestra is coming in and all the local players are freaking out, offering better deals for a 2 year contract. We r not under contract, though.

+Philippine Dreams ,,,,, Oh happy day,,,, Is this a land line or dish if I may ask? Now I can watch full porn movies until I find a good girl and she cut's my internet connection off ~ Does this include Tv service for the price or it that separate? It would still be a great deal either way

+Philippine Dreams Oh... Guess I need to ask my cable company what they have to offer on their cable internet. I thought it was Telstra that was coming in?
