    Amazing quality of materials (and design) for the cost! Looks like you've done it up right at every step, including plumbing, wiring, roof/ceiling, and soffuts. So many take shortcuts on all of those, only to have a lifetime of hassle and repair. You might want to share your contractor (or foreman) with others on the site. :smile:

    One question I had was the vents in the recessed ceiling areas. I'm presuming they are to remove heat from the ceiling out through the roof? If so, is the heat vented above the ceiling? By the way, just LOVE the termite-proof roof/ceiling.

    The older ones weren't uploaded directly to the forum. They have a weird link but it seems to be connected to facebook in some way (I get a FB error when I put the link directly into the browser). Maybe DeRail made the photo album private?
