Are you looking for a "Cook" or "Cooker?" I have a good cooker for sale if you need one.

Ching...It appears to me that you are interested in very high standards for a Chef. I gather that you have plans for an upper class type resto in Dumaguete??? Are you a Philippino ?.. A little more info about you and your venture would be appreciated by us foreigners who frequent the local eateries.. thanks..Miguel

Have you given a thought to talking to Gunther at Casablanca Restaurant? He also Owns and Runs DACA (Dumaguete Academy of Culinary Arts)
According to many, he turns out some Pretty good Chef's/Cooks?

    Just a Thought

Wow! thats a pretty high profile. I think thats too much for my little idea. I can not afford that, i guess.

No, is not a upper class restaurant. Just standard i guess. In fact, it will be a resto/bar, so...

Anyway, long walk until open, i think it will be ready by middle of next year Miguel, i will inform about the event here, of course

Thanks Jack, yes, i was thinking about that school, it can be a good starting point to find my man/woman!
