Im looking for Experienced Chief Cooker to manage the Kitchen: -Vocational School or above -Culinary Diploma or Certificate -5 years supervision position experience in a 3-5 star hotel or quality restaurant -Must have strong Culinary Experience (international Preferreded) and proven organizational Skills -Excellent logistical, culinary and leadership skills. -Fluent in English. -People and customer oriented, motivator and self starter. -Able to instill safety and sanitation habits. -Willing and able to work shift work. -Team builder, displays initiative and creativity -Experience as a Chief Cooker, minimum 5 years. -Minimum 35 years old. -Own menu, experience in western and Philippino cuisine. Have you given a thought to talking to Gunther at Casablanca Restaurant? He also Owns and Runs DACA (Dumaguete Academy of Culinary Arts) According to many, he turns out some Pretty good Chef's/Cooks? Just a Thought
Wow! thats a pretty high profile. I think thats too much for my little idea. I can not afford that, i guess. No, is not a upper class restaurant. Just standard i guess. In fact, it will be a resto/bar, so...
