Seem like the Philippines is lacking places to put it urine and defecation. It really says a lot about the county and the simple priorities of sanitation, which do not seem to be part of the political agenda of conversation among the candidates. Maybe it is time to make a Facebook page:"I urinate like an IDIOT in Dumaguete City", along with a few pictures of the standard standing position up against the city walls which may embarrassed some of the guys in this town. Read the article.... (this type of publicity seems to at least have LTO getting active in enforcement once in a while).

Although I agree with you. Please do not do that! It may get you blacklisted as an undesirable alien and deported. Filipinos DO NOT like to have their dirty laundry aired in public.

There are some extremely wealthy families in the Philippines. Why can't they be giving philanthropists to address these serious problems? The government will never solve these issues. i.e.. sh*t river in Olongopo for how many years.

 

Nothing to stop you from creating an anonymous Facebook account and then do it.
