The first is a male German Shepherd/Black Lab mix less than 2 years old named Sparky. My wife rescued him; he spent a year of his life on a 2ft chain, did not have much attention and lived on a diet of fish heads and rice. We've had him for over 7 months now and he is a different dog than the one the wife brought home. She actually got him right after I left for Turkmenistan so last month was the first time I got to meet him in person. Less than a day he was following me around everywhere I went outside, he is a very good dog and is around small children (my SIL and niece are in the pics) and other dogs so he has adjusted really well and loves to play and spend time with people. He is an outdoor dog and does not come into the house even though all our dogs are allowed inside. He has all shots to include rabies. He is a large dog and very active so he needs to go to a home where he can run and play. We are looking to rehome him because we do not want him hooking up with our Belgian Malinois. We could get him neutered but I want to offer him up to a new home where he could possibly keep his nuts intact. The second is a local male named Jack, less than 2 years old, no clue what all he has in him but a cool dog. I guess he would be considered a medium size dog for the Philippines but to me he is small. He likes to be around people for some petting and attention but also spends a lot of time doing his own thing. He is just as happy inside as he is outside. He is a pretty low maintenance dog and it is easy to forget he is around but he is usually found behind a couch or chair having a nap. All of his shots are up to date. Lastly are 3 local pups, 2 females and 1 male. They were born on 8 Oct and have all their shots to include rabies. The wife originally had all the pups given away to friends but for whatever reason folks backed out on getting these guys. They are very cute and affectionate, all the kids that come by the house love playing with them. If interested either respond or send me a PM and I will give you a contact phone number. We live in Tanjay BTW. Shawn
Great Photos Shawn and you know me and My Children but as much as I would love maybe one more "Her indoors" tells me this Pooch's Hotel is Full Hope you can get things sorted.
id like to adopt all of them if possible....though i might be able to get them by 1st week of march since u live in tanjay and im from dumaguete, we dont have a private transportation...I have also rescued a lot of animals and right now we are a growing family...If you consider me as a new owner of your pets, please dont hesitate to contact me or pm me. Thank you.
Jack...you do have your share of bigger dogs, can't argue that one. Since 2 came from us you can attest that any dog/puppy that finds a new home are well adjusted and were part of our family. Once these guys find new homes we will have our Belgian Malinois and our little local female runt; which happens to be about the same size as your little dog Cooper . Cherry is talking about getting a female Dalmatian pup as she loved the Dalmatian we had before. I think that will be enough dogs for the size of our yard. Shawn
Sorry I did not see your response earlier. I will PM you a contact # if you would like to come look at the dogs before deciding. There has been some other interest so we will see which ones are available at the time. Shawn
My Friend, Maybe you would like to join as a member, then the OP ShawnM can contact you and answer your question more fully. At this time he nor any of us know anything about you. Which may not be in the Dogs best Interest. Just a Thought
The GSD/Lab has found a new home, just waiting for her to come pick him up. The local male and the puppies are still looking for homes though. Shawn
The GSD/Lab is again looking for a new family. The folks that wanted him had a change of heart as they have a male Belgian Malinois/Dalmatian that they got from us and were worried 2 large male dogs that were not raised together may not be the best of friends. I understand their concerns and most important is the dogs welfare so if anyone is looking for a big, protective, loving dog let me know. Shawn
