    Bought some parm. cheese the other day from the deli. When I got home and opened it it was more than 35% wax edge and very little cheese. Staff is not trained on how to slice cheese. This will be my last purchase there. Be aware and watch the staff when you make any purchase.

    We have never had prob buying cheese from there and always good. They sell the goat farm products from dauin also and they are some of the best I've eaten of you like that sort of cheese!

    I agree I buy the goats cheese there (from Georg) very tasty. Never had a problem either but the stuff I usually buy is prepackaged and price marked.
