a Posted on March 10, 2016 by Timothy Walker • 0 Comments American National Dies in Computer Shop After Arguing Online With GF – Manila – Photograph by ABS-CBN MANILA, Philippines – If this week hasn’t had a few strange stories about American nationals living in the Philippines, this one seems to have fallen in the “wtf” category. 47-year-old John Frederick Warnaca, a Fresno, California native, has died while arguing with his girlfriend online inside a computer shop in Manila. Police say that owners of the shop informed them that Warnaca came into the shop at approximately 2 p.m. – but by 3:30 p.m. Warnaca was leaning backwards on his seat and not moving. Owners of the internet cafe called police – upon their arrival he was declared dead at the scene. An investigation into the matter showed that Warnaca was online in Facebook with a Filipina who police believe is or was his girlfriend. Police say the online conversation between Warnaca and the woman showed the two had an argument before Warnaca died. Authorities have informed the American Embassy in Manila about the incident – police said they are are attempting to locate the

That is crazy! I mean what a place to pass on....at an internet cafe. I am hoping for a better ending and certainly not one involving a computer. BTW,,,,almost 65 degrees here in MA..USA! I had to run on the A/C while driving yesterday.
It's not Facebook! I could have been Twitter or just a phone call. The guy was likely a walking time bomb. Not taking care of himself.

Thank goodness I am in PI it was close to 90 today and I needed no aircon! Heck of a difference for a guy who grew up in Chicago area. Been here d*mn near 20 years! Hurry up what ya waiting for the weather here is great year round and no more snow, salt or icy windows to deal with!
