Davy and I dropped by for lunch today and to check out the new extended menu and new drink. Chris listens to his customers.

Yup, that is where we are at. I'll be looking into better signage sometime soon as of now its easy to pass us by on our street not seeing us until to late if your not sure where. Stop on by whenever your able, the more the merrier.

We don't do enchilada's though but have a nice fajita and taco. We also have added a ham & egg sandwich (local thing by request) and a double burger deluxe (2 patties). Other new things are Pilsen, SML, juices, and Coke Light.

We are expecting any day our next counter to be finished maybe tomorrow or Sunday from the local furniture maker and then will be adding next week rice meals so the ladies will be a bit happier.

We're doing pretty good though considering less then a month old and word is getting out there. Just have to take baby steps and build up as we can. We want to stay to our goal of inexpensive but good quality food. We are also always willing to listen to suggestions and constructive complaints.

Updated hours at least until we find another worker: Tuesday- Closed
After all its our least busy day and heck if I'm going to be closed on Sunday... that's a great day to be open.

    hi chris...
hey, thanks for posting your change in hours of operation. eating at a resto is pretty special to us and it can be very disappointing to make a special trip to a restaurant featured on this board and find it closed. happened twice, same resto, probably won't happen again.

i'm looking forward to our next town trip so i can try one (or two of your fajitas.

I'll keep that in mind depending how this goes. Problem is finding a location that isn't a killer on rent as most of the places I looked at in Dumaguete before when was playing with the idea of a business and for a tiny crap location people wanted 15k-20k easy. That right there kills the profit on this kind of business even with raising prices. Add in the cost of labor and in the hole. I think most of these places that do cheaper stuff manage just because they use cheap family and own the land.

I always want to keep peeps up to date on changes also. I'd hate to have people come by and we have an unannounced closure. On that note I'm desperately looking for a food service worker in Bacong area because our main worker (my fiancee Maricel's sister) is due anytime and we have already had 2 potential workers now back out on us.
