Would anyone be interested in giving R n R lessons. We went to an 'open mike' night at La Fiesta last week - the band was great. The general consensus seemed to be 'I think I remember how to rock n roll but I'm too scared to get up in case I make an arse of myself'. It would be the perfect venue to run a few classes and be heaps of fun

I assume you are talking about he type dancing? If so rock an roll was and is a music genre. Perhaps you are talking about the Twist which many associate with rock and old dancing. If that is the case you can go to YouTube and get Chubby Checker's Twist. If all the assumptions are wrong please rite it off to babbling on my part.

I believe the OP may be talking "Jive" or even "Jitter bug" both of which are dance types of the R&R era.
