It is at the south end of the plaza, there is a xerox shop on the top side of it very close and there is a sign for the bakery on the road in front and usually there is the jeepneys parked in front of it as well

IMHO,115 pesos/ loaf is really cheap, i hope the owner makes a good profit.

Maybe Theresa. She was planning to open a German bakery at Bacacay over a year ago, but deal obviously fell thru, as now a pawn shop

Tried it out today. They don't offer loaf/sliced bread, which I find disappointing, but gf picked up some bread from there today (P65). She said there were 3 types available 1) baguette 2) "a brown kind" (I'm guessing wheat or rye bread) and 3) "this kind, I don't know the name" (I'm guessing a sourdough?). Whatever it is I'm eating right now it's much better than the stuff you find at the local bakeries and it's certainly not loaded with sugar.

Been in there a couple of times now and bought some whole meal or rye bread rolls which were all good.
I talked with the girl up there and if anyone wants anything specific it best to order in advance, they will have it ready then. The stock gets low pretty quick.

There is more than 3 types of bread there, also depends what day and what time, we go there at least 2 times a week and always different types of bread. Our favourite is the white whole wheat loaf, very soft and tasty, also the baguetes are great, yesterday we got 3 in a pack about 10 inches long each for 45p for the 3 of them and very fresh
