Yesterday , about 10.30 am I saw on the corner behind Lee Plaza / Clang a man and a motorcycle lying on the street. He was bleeding profoundly from the head. People just stopped a tricycle to bring him to the hospital . So much for no need of a helmet while driving in town!!
Personally I don't care how many of them crack their heads open on the tarmac, in my time here i have grown to hate motorbikes, or to be more accurate the people who drive them, Even when they are not driving them they still manage maximum annoyance by the way they park (abandon) them. Try parking your car close to any public event (cock fighting for example) and see what you come back to, f@#kin motorbikes parked so close to front and aft you need a forklift to get your car out, IGNORANCE (yes i am shouting) and complete disrespect for everybody else in the world. But it's more fun in the Philippines............is it ?
Yep, I can only imagine what a pain it is to operate a car in this city; frequent full stops due to narrow streets, parking issues, etc. I only ride a motorbike. Just wish they allowed helmets w/o the ears covered. I do believe you need to hear what's buzzing around you from all angles for good accident avoidance here in the city.
They do actually, I have an equivalent of the below helmet with a DTI sticker issued by them in Freedom park, a few years ago.
If we are not allowed to mention **** when referring to ****fighting then i will have to call it male chicken fighting !!
The profanity censorship is only there because Google doesn't like it in content that their ads are placed in. But FYI: "cockfighting" is one word and should not be censored. Also, a male chicken is commonly referred to as a rooster, among other things. Unfortunately the profanity list can't take context into consideration.
Where can you get a cap helmet like that around here? That's a nice one so not expecting to find something like that but I'd like a decent motorcycle helmet that is smaller/compact and doesn't cover the ears. Would be awesome to get the riding goggles also but optional :p
