Oh please. Approx. 50% of the threads here are complaints about things we can't change. I don't take part in these discussions because I think it actually changes anything about the situation, I simply enjoy it more than the TV program.

Stupid question from a newbie - what do you mean by altering posts?

Not all things we can't change are equal. I remember when Jack was told to stop cleaning out the rain gutter in front of his property because it was work a Filipino might do, should be doing. They won't kick you out for that.

On the other hand, interfering in the political process can get you deported. If you can't see the difference, I can't help you.

Are you looking for agreement that you are ineffectual?

Altering the quoted text from another person is what jack was reffering to. The bold text in your quote above would be an example of altering someone's post.
Nothing worrying with discussing most any topic on the forum, even if we have no chance of changing anything. Let's try to remain civil and avoid personal attacks please.

Ah ok. I was wondering coz the related posts that explain what's going on apparently were already moved here. Just saw them.

    Thanks.

Didn't mean to hit a rating (d*mn touch screen). It does seem to be a bit rhetorical and more of personal attack than a question though.

Rhetorical question in reply to a rhetorical question. Asking a question doesn't imply that one knows the answer, actually the opposite.
