I ordered a 4G router a few weeks ago, no problem ordering but had to bug the shipper and Lzada to get it from Duma to Bacong in under 2 weeks. However, I have just tried twice to place another order, both times cancelled by Lazada because of payment problem. What the problem is I have no idea and apparently they don't either. I used the same credit card as the first order and the credit card company approved all transactions. Yup, credit card company now has 2 approval holds on payments to Lazada for orders Lazada cancelled because of "We were unable to process your payment for order #####". Has anyone had this issue and found a way to place an order?
I assume your credit card is from out of country. I had the same problem at first, lots of approval holds. When i order from lazada I have to use the bill to another address option, and use the registered address on my credit card in canada. Their website can be a pain in the @ss until you figure it out. On the billing address page just enter your name and address in the box provided, then in the drop-down boxes just choose the details for the address in the Philippines. You will have to use a Philippine phone number as well...
Did order a few things from them and paid cash on delivery. No problem @all. With my non PH cc encountering same.
That is exactly what I did all 3 times, but only the 1st time went through. The credit card company is approving the transaction, Lazada is the one stopping it, customer service doesn't know why, only that the computer did it automatically. When I ask for someone to over ride the computer they stop talking to me. I was going to do that, on the item it says COD available, when I select it on the order page it says COD not available. I have a Lazada account and my local address shows as the estimated delivery location for each item. I wouldn't care too much but I need a pair of US13 / Europe47 black shoes and can't find any here.
I had the same problem with Lazada, credit card approved the transaction then a couple days later Lazada cancelled it. Tried it twice and gave up on them. At first they tried to blame it on my credit card until I explained that I had talked to the bank and then they just could not give an explanation; won't attempt to use them again.
Easy Answer - Ive used this 1000 times always works. If you have a BANK ACCOUNT/ATM Card here in the philippines just go to your bank and get a PREPAID CREDIT CARD/CASH CARD... it has a Mastercard Logo and can be used like a credit card but it comes out of your balance on the card which you have to load first. It is attached to my online banking so its a matter of a few clicks and a few minutes to transfer money to my savings account to my Prepaid Mastercard.. Boom
Do you like your bank enough to say which one it is? We have been talking about opening an account anyway and sounds like you have smooth transactions. Any fees on the account/credit card?
BPI and Metrobank are the only in my area. I went with BPI, no monthly or annual fees for anything (savings account/atm/prepaid mastercard) as long as you maintain a p2000 monthly average balance.
