Out of the article I like this the most <Police have been monitoring Belandres since 2001, Orapa said.> Took them 15 years to get him !!!

Maybe monitoring is one of those English words that have a different meaning here like SHY and STRICT.
Monitoring maybe means collecting their paycheck for 15 years.

It looks as if he is very serious in doing what he has said he would do. I have no great problem with that. It might be controversial but if that is what is needed to rid society of vermin so be it.

With no due process? An on the spot death penalty in a country with no legal death penalty? There should be some sort of process at least to identify someone and to give this person the chance for a defense.

The proposed solution is worse than the problem and the vermin are the vigilantes.

Another issue is that in a land where law enforcement resources are in short supply, this becomes a genie which is difficult to stuff back in the bottle. Once vigilanteeism becomes accepted, then it will be hard to stop in the future.

I would suspect gunfire at night will be the norm shortly.

In Kabankalan Negros Occidental 53 folks turned themselves in to sign the change my ways oath and take a mandatory blood test the most in the future capital of NIR.

Around here Sibulan had the most personalities 448. The PNP will keep an eye on them afterwards until as the old saying goes, "A dog will return to his own vomit" and then bang bang.

Closer to home our friendly Muslim men from Mindanao who supplied us with knock off Cialis have gone to parts unknown which is definitely a hardship to us requiring a boost. Their suppliers have disappeared.

More than 2,000 drug suspects yield in Negros Oriental
