    Just curious, does anyone know if bulletproof vests are legal in Dumaguete?
    I have a couple from the U.S. which I do not need and plan on donating to the police station free of charge however I don't want to get arrested for being in possession of one if im there haha I called the police station and do not get a definite answer..
