Looking to rent a fully furnished apartment in Duma

    My wife and I are going back to Dumaguete around the end of this month (Aug).

    We are looking to rent a fully furnished studio type or a 1-bedroom apartment on a month by month rental basis ... might stay for about 3 or 4 months this time.

    Are there very many furnished apartments in Duma that are available?

    What would be the best way to find apartments when we get there? ... Don't want to stay in a hotel room too long.

    Hermogina Apartments has furnished studios for p10,000/mo, 2 bedroom units are p18,000. You can find them on Facebook for more info. Studios rent fast, price plus electric and water bills. Have to buy your own router but internet and cable included.

    Go to Agan-An...Sibulan.. 1st right after runway Dumaquete airport coming from town turn right go to the end road goes left...Go to where Mia's Restobar is..Just before it .... there is a Big White sign there say Paradise Villas turn right there ....at the sign... go to the last place on left (it is a dirt road) has a gate says RODORA HOMES ...UPSTAIRS IS MY USE TO BE APARTMENT WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF OCEAN FROM A SMALL BALCONY...VERY CLEAN NICE 2 BEDROOMS FOR 16,000P...... LANDLADY IS A SWEETHEART....HER NAME IS MITOS NUMBER IS ...................09361106829

    Is there anywhere they advertise apartments for rent? .... Or is finding one just basically blind luck?

    Also, I need to find a furnished condo or apartment that has parking for a car ... My wife will be bringing her Camry down to Duma from Bacolod City.

    Each 2 bedroom unit at Hermogina has its own covered parking, the studio units share the parking lot. All of which is inside the gated area with security guard (at the original location, the new second location has separate gated courtyards. They have pics on their FB page Hermogina Apartments | Facebook

    I stayed at the original location, 6 minute walk south of the mall, for 4 months and payed monthly. Was happy with them but moved to a house in Bacong.
