N apoles lists 20 senators and 100 congressmen implicated in the PDAF scam

M anila - Janet Lim Napoles- now has given the names of 20 senators and 100 congressmen and their agents who are implicated in the PDAF scam the Blue Ribbon Committee informed. - - The Blue Ribbon Committee consisting of selected senators of the 24 Senators and investigating alleged misconduct of government. "The persons mentioned were with me and received money from the PDAF," said Napoles in her affidavit.
Senator Teofisto "TG" Guingona III has passed Monday night, two copies of the affidavits to the press . Napoles says: "I am not the mastermind of the PDAF fraud, because I did not start it, it has long been a common practice in the system." The trial of Napoles for the PDAF scam is not yet complete. Napoles was sentenced in April 2015 from a court in Makati to life imprisonment, for illegal arrest of their former employee Benhur Luy (see Article 04/15/2016) of up to 40 years in prison.
