Will they still be in business next year? Foreigner businesses usually don't last long here. I wish them luck though.
We quit driving up there to buy bread. The hours and days of operation are too erratic. We found ourselves just wasting gas and time. Hopefully then owner can post some reliable information as to operating times and days. Good bread, but ?
I've been using the French bakery opposite the mango tables in banilad on the highway for a while now,great baguettes,choc and plain croissants,quiche amongst other items. Always fresh and good taste.
I agree with you, the owner Michel make everything from the ground, hard to find that quality of bread in other places
