    I walk 2kms from my barangay to another barangay to finish grade school there and that means a total of 8 kms/day because I go home for lunch but it was fun passing through rice paddies. My point is I don't see green stuff except the old acacia trees. I hope the establishments could try a bit harder using potted plants in front of their stores.

    Most of that distance you could walk along the seafront - no problem really.

    Yeah, boulevard is safer route now. Being gone for too long, I can't easily get rid of the previous fears. I hope more offices can relocate somewhere and build more parking spaces.

    image.jpeg It must have been such a nice place back in those days with no sewarage,truck fumes or beggars,all the kids swimming in clean water!
    Ww2 must have still been affecting Negros as pic dated 1940.
