    Barry what a great read,,, i am so glad to read some good news for the construction there, I had the same experiences in Angeles city 3 times building there was great with a guy just like you have there.
    houses finished in 3 months is quite normal in AC but for some reason they take ages in duma,, NOT YOUR GUY :smile: thats really good,

    What a delightful project and great story. I detect a reluctance to talk about money, but we are thinking of doing something very similar and desperately would like to know within what range were the per square meter construction costs without fence or landscaping, palihug ???? Friends have said PhP 25k per sq m was normal.

    Also curious, are the column lights solar or wires in each column. ?? And our dog would LOVE all that grass and room to roam.

    The good builders are now charging 25,000p per square meter. My builder charged 21k 6+ years ago.
    Btw, the house build was 62% of the total cost, the remaining was for block wall, long driveway, gate, canal, raised lot.
