Fortunately, most of the foreigners would be safe with this law. None of the foreigners I know (and certainly members of this forum) would be capable of creating sexual excitement or engage in behavior which may be described as erotic. For sure there's something else that the Filipina's see in them.

I'm wondering if he is going to ban bikinis too, like governess Gwen did on Bantayan one Easter.
Bikinis are interesting things. My gf wore one to the pool yesterday and went swimming with her shorts on top of her bikini bottoms. I said: "You love wearing your bikini and showing off your figure so why are you wearing the shorts?" She said: "I wear the bikini when around foreigners but not when a lot of filipinos are around as I am shy for that."

 

I understand her shyness around Filipinos because Filipinos talk... well gossip... telling stories... etc. Foreigners... well foreigners just hand around phone numbers.... lol
