How exactly would they get videos of the dead man having sex with under aged girls to plant on his phone?

 

We are assuming it even happened, we are assuming the man was Dutch are we not? You might as well question those two things also. You have no more reason to believe it happened or that the man was Dutch than that he had video of him having sex with underage girls and yet you are not questioning those points.

The whole thing could be a figment of the imagination. For the sake of discussion though, I think you need to allow that the major points are probably correct at least until they can be confirmed or denied.

Assuming you are right about the video being planted, and the video not actually depicting the 59 year old man, did they kill him and hang around afterwards to put more than one video on his phone? Possibly they could have put the videos on a micro sd card and swapped them out but would involve a lot of touching and possibly provide evidence. If I just killed someone, I would not want to hang around. I don't think bluetooth would transfer multiple videos very quick to do it on the spot so did they bring a laptop with them? If the video was planted, someone put some thought and preparation into doing something that is very stupid, hanging around with your murder victim. I think if they were smart enough to plan it, they should be smart enough to realize why it's a bad idea.

While it's theoretically possible that someone planted videos on his phone, I think it would be a stretch to say that was even likely.

 

When someone guns some other people down he will not have the time to put pics on another phone. But drugs can be planted very fast on a dead body. The cardboard looks like a planned assault on that Dutch guy. I guess they prepared it in advance. And with cell phones someone can call the assaulter when the victim is on the way. What I would like to know is from where the assaulters did got the infos about that Dutch guy especially the drug thing? My guess is that they got the task by some upset families.

 

Actually in the Philippines the age of consent is 12 so its completely legal for a 13 year old girl to be having sex with a 57 year old guy....


BUT....

Another law is also in place that makes it a crime to solicit sex from a minor or to pressure the minor be it through gifts, money, or pretty much anything the police warrant. I forget the name of the law and atm to lazy to look it up but I did post about it before. The law pretty much exclusively is applied to foreigners which is why no one cares beyond the family is a 14 year old girl has sex with a 20-+ year old guy because its technically legal (as long as not a foreigner).

Then their is another law that makes it illegal for a male adult to be in the same room with a minor under the age of 15 that isn't a blood relative but if have sex in the woods I guess then it would be fine with that law.

Interesting country we are in to say the least.

 

He may have lived if the minor's family have the funds to go to court. Killing is cheaper.
