My Friend, this may not be such a silly Question if you think about it but I presume you mean 22.00 per month for a 12 month lease? I only mention this as it maybe apparent to those who rent but it looks at first an very attractive Offer if just looking at it as 22.000 for twelve months Rent Don't mean to offend but.....................
There is 1 Bathroom with toilet all in one. Good pressure hot water in the shower and you can have as long a shower as you wish because the water is free. There is no air-con in the living room but there are ceiling fans in every room including the sala and an air-con in the master bedroom. As this is located 50m from the beach it is cooler than inland parts and most tenants get by without the need for an air-con at all.
Thanks for the reply. When my medical issues flare up I need to be able to cool off and lower the humidity, don't like being trapped in the bedroom only. My wife enters Filipina time when she goes into the CR, hence the need for a second CR to keep me from exploding when nature calls and she is camped out in there. Still not sure what takes so long...
