    I hope they spend the money someplace else. If the cameras are suspected of interfering with any criminal enterprise they won't last long. The last view the camera will have is of some kid, virtually untouchable under law, with some rocks, wash, rinse, repeat as necessary

    Unless the cameras are small enough that they can be placed in locations that make them hard to find...or they can just place them high enough to stay out of reach and put a protective casing around them.

    The ones which they are fitting in bayawan can be seen from a good distance,all solar powered,pretty big panel also.
