    Coming from Chief Judge, who is a friend, NO FOREIGNER IS ALLOWED ANY WEAPON, an air pistol/gun is NOT allowed. a foreigner Cannot carry Anything that can be considered a weapon---eg Nail File, Scissors, small pocket knife. READ THE LAWS

    Tell that to the foreigners operating in Mindanao (They are located in a compound inside Camp Navarro in Zamboanga City. If they go out of the camp, they are either accompanied by our soldiers or are armed. Remember that these US soldiers are combatants) They will get a laugh. I'm sure there are other exceptions too (diplomats come to mind) so now that I have proven your statement wrong, its just a question of: How wrong is it?
