    Hello,

    is anyone familiar with regulations regarding farm animals like: chicken, goats, pigs and cows? The land is declared as agricultural / cornland and some parts of it will be changed into residential. The land is 2 hectars on the mountain in Siquijor.

    I don't think you will have any problems with that on Ag or Residential land it really is the Norm :happy:

    For agriculture land I suppose there's no limit but if it is residential you better inquire by contacting a lawyer to avoid lots of probs later. My 5 cents opinion for what it is worth.

    I'm pretty sure that there are limits (often ignored of course) on what you can keep on land closer than 100m to a barangay or national road. Talk to your local DENR.

    I think so, too. I'll make it sure and talk to the barangay captain and the DENR. I don't want to disturb my new neighbors by ignoring rules.
