ACR iCard Renewing ACR card-Board of Commissioners (BOC)’s Order of Approval

Apparently I need a copy of this. What if I can't find the original one I am supposed to have?

Do I have to get it from Manila BOC or?

Does anyone have a pic of what it looks like?

Well i am not sure why this is here but concerning your 13a, the order from Commissioners will be at CEBU

 

If you have lost your ACR 13A card then its a nightmare to have a replacement, contact immigration in Cebu for the full list of requirements for replacement

 

I knew a guy that lost his 13A card a few years ago and he made more than 1 trip to Manila and it cost well over P20,000 not including travel and around 2 years to get the new one. So all out there be very ccareful. with it.

 

Take a look in your passport: When you got the change from probationary to permanent, the BOI should have put a stamp in your passport reflecting such, and it will state '.....per order of Board of Commissioner...dated.....etc, etc'. Have you shown that to whoever asked for the document you are alluding to?? Maybe a copy of that passport page will suffice...

 

Hmm I see that page...it kind of says it all it'd seem eh? I'll be at BOI Cebu tomorrow and see what happens. It seems like it's a copy of a doc they want
