Sorry if I missed it but I did not see where they addressed current members like me who paid annual (Jan-Dec 2017) back in January. Come July 1st I still have 6 months of paid coverage under the old rate - or do I?

Page 5 Item X repeals your existing insurance or removes you from your wives policy. As far as I can understand.

Azon and the Company Secretary of her company are going to Philhealth Tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. Breaking existing Contracts should be illegal here for no good reason but greed. But......:banghead:

Good luck on that, but as we all know there are no laws here which are adhered to. Laws are made up as they feel like amd nowt we can do about it and as foreigners we dont have a say in anything.

They had better have a few good Answers as the Company have taken out some 400 new policies and there are many foreigners involved, you know what teeth this woman has when it comes to money, They won the Business on trust and contractual awareness, That can be reversed :cigar:

Do you mean Pacific Cross which was formerly blue cross Philippines? Because if so then the premium is age dependent and gets up there pretty steep for those over 65

I think youre right there as looks like they changed their name now and i presume it is age dependant like most ins around the world.
I have a froend who has pacific cross who is just under 60 and pays 20k year.

I contacted Pacific Cross. At 65, it is much steeper than that for any decent coverage.

Do you know if his premiums are locked in for the rest of his life at that amount, (if he pays in advance or just continually renews), or do they go up every year just like a new applicant?
