    One of the few restaurant/bar owners that has a clue in Dumaguete. They have been open for a very long time and I expect they will continue to be open for many more years....despite the yearly bamboo telegraph memo saying they are going to be closing soon.

    Sad to say went for dinner at why not last evening, noticed the new menu. They did not change the price on most items but they certainly changed the quanity, no doggie bag to bring home for lunch the next day. ordered the seafood special for 2 and our friends had the spanish rice fish dish for 2 at first we both assumed the waitress got our order wrong, and the kitchen prepared both orders for one. NOT THE CASE.
