    This stuff makes me sick. Who is the Omictin guy? A politician? When will the poor realize that they need to make some serious changes in the leadership of their country.

    US comedy relief.

    If they dropped anything but bags of rice and dried fish then they didn't do their homework. I bet these things don't even sell at the Okay Okay.

    Probably they end up getting ground up and added to a new mystery hotdog product in 7/11.

    Some comments caught my attention;

    "Inside the still packed bales are items that appeared to be used clothing and carpets."
    Carpet? Why would someone NEEDING Food and Clothing need carpet? :o o:

    "The NBI now has custody over the bales of USAID relief goods / ukay-ukay items. While they can, technically, do whatever they want with the items, including burning everything, many netizens think it is best if these used clothing will be given to victims of calamity-stricken areas."

    And this isn't the first time (if I recall correctly) that Aid items here (namely food) have been destroyed... WHY WHEN it could go so far to helping others? :o o:

    In Australia; MANY Charity Groups sell 'out of date' food to the poor! I have eaten such foods MANY times and never once experienced any bad side effects from doing so! I just find it incredible that authorities would think about destroying anything that could aid another... :wideyed:

    Just an Idea but pigs will eat anything. Pigs.jpg even if it is spoiled food. If it was was sold it would not go to waste but :banghead: I am sure large breeders would cough up a few peso to feed the Pigs for Lechon and things for the gentry:hungry: to eat .
    Just saying. As I said before Everything here has value for someone.

    I hope to build sties and eventually breed pigs and have a steady supply of natural foods, collecting spoiled fruits and vegetables and things like banana peels from banana-ques sellers etc... Should I think generate an income for those who sell the scraps to me and hopefully gain enough feed to feed the pigs a healthy diet :smile:

    This is another occurrence 0f wasted food items that I was thinking of in my original post, just found it online;
