A decent nurse should be able to put in a catheter. H/she should be able to train you how to maintain it as well. Perhaps after the doc you might explore this?

If I had this problem I would be aware that I should not worry about it .... but I would most definitely get a doctor (NOT nurse) to check me out. Causes include physical blockage, nerve damage, response to medications or alcohol (etc) but the RESULT of ignoring this problem could be serious.

Ceftriaxone 250mg IM (injection) in single dose
    and
Azithromycin 500mg x2 in single dose

    Alternative Regimens:

    Combination Therapy
Cefixime 400mg x1 in single dose
Azithromycin 500mg x2 in single dose

    or

    Monotherapy
    Azithromycin 2g in single dose

Note: studies show treatment failures in US strains with monotherapy. Only use if cefixime is unavailable.

    Wrap it up next time.

Additional note: bold text is what works best in the Philippines in my experience. I am just guessing what I think you mean. Don't mistake this for real medical advice in case I'm not catching your drift here. This will only make the drip drop go away.
