The doubts associated with the success of chemotherapy link clearly to the metastases; metastasizing is not a sign of success. Seems to me that her greatest need now is pain control. Blessed are those of us not afflicted.
On the pain control is the hospital terribly failing. They won't give her any opioids or morphine. I dunno what is the cause. Guessing out of stock.
Opiods are available here. A friend with bone cancer was sent home to die and he was given morphine and fentanyl to control his pain. I don't know how he found a doctor that could prescribe the medicine, but he did.
Hi all, I received a text this afternoon that the cancer patient is back in Provincial Hospital and NEEDS BLOOD. I went there to donate, but was told the age limit for blood donors is 18 to 59. I was turned down because I am almost 62. Mark
Don't go to the hospitals as it is a waste of time. Go directly to the Red Cross to donate blood to get around the hospitals' silly rules.
Hi All, At the Philippine Red Cross website (redcross.org.ph), the age limit to donate blood is 16 to 65. I will contact the Dumaguete branch tomorrow. Legaspi Street, Dumaguete City Telefax: 035-2252835 Email: negros.oriental@redcross.org.ph Category: Blood Collecting Unit/Blood Station Mark
