    It makes me think how any enforcers would catch people using phones etc in the cars as nearly all have blacked out windows?

    I've heard they are using the old method of setting up checkpoints to enforce these rules. Still just the minor inconvenience of stopping before the checkpoint or driving around it for those that wish to ignore the law. More of the same.

    They need to set up TWO or THREE check points, one along the main Highway, the other a few hundred meters back up a side road hidden behind some buildings, wait 30 minutes then set up the next Check Point to catch those performing U-Turns and also include an added fine for them attempting to evade a Check Point! :thumbsup:

    Apparently for some obscure legal reason they can't do that, We know I think that that is what should happen But..............:banghead: you know where we are.

    I know back in Oz illegal Drag Racers are screwed once the Cops find out where they are located along the Highway, they block almost every point of escape and do you like a dinner! :nailbiting:
