Small Town Lotteries are wirik wirik lotto. This is equivalent to the Mafia numbers in the USA. Just locally run numbers games. My girl says "they still have some, but they hiding." Now they are making house calls to the regular customers. If you are a regular they send someone on a motor to you so you can buy a number. "Your 10 Pesos become 4,50o." Naturally we have "No Recollection of any first hand experience. These are only vague rumors." For me my money comes to hard to gamble it away.
