When I sent from Oz Jim, I arranged for them to be picked up at the end of November, they arrived here in March the following year, not sure if it is a longer route from the UK but if you think they are overly late, I would definitely contact the company with the tracking/box numbers and ask if they can track them down for you.

Yeah mate I saw that, (was taken as humour) But; 'forgot to mention' that;~> I copied and pasted it in the first reply... :bag:

You have to LOVE some of the professionalism shown by some of these companies who are vying to pry your hard earnt cash from your hand, I am SURE they have a copy of Office on their PC (legit or otherwise) so could at least take the time to Spell Check... lol (Normally I do look over (GRAMMAR NAZI) before I post but Wifey was calling Calling CALLING CALLLIIINNNGGG ME to go out and help her wash the Laundry so I quickly posted it without double checking  lol)

Maybe they don't care if the item is as cheap as P40 each. :hilarious: I sent a box a year ago for my granddaughter's birthday party of 50 guests-- decorations like ribbons, candle holders, artificial flowers, party table ware (plastic & paper), give aways. They were more than ten each item but all went through. I use their "sea+air" service, Japan to Manila by sea and then LBC by air to Dumaguete. Size is 73x55x63 (cm) for around P6,700 based on the current exchange rate. No problems since the early 90s sending used nintendo stuff, play station, xbox I never sent mobile phones. I am filling one to send to the fire victims in my neighborhood and the company told me that "the new advisory from customs is coming" but the new rule will not be applied on my box yet. It was an extra from the three I requested last year.
