    Registration Procedures for Informal Economy Members | PhilHealth

    Philhealth Premium Requirements for Members in the Informal Economy "Individually Paying Members (IPMs) earning an average monthly income of P25,000 and below pay P200 monthly or P2,400 per year, while those earning above P25,000 pay P300 monthly or P3,600 per year."

    The premium scale for the Formal Economy (regular employees) is listed in terms of "Salary", for most of us who fall into the Informal Economy the Premium depends on how much your earned monthly income is. If you do not have a job or a business you aren't earning anything (earned income). Investment income (unless an active trader) nor Retirement Benefits are equivalent to "Salary"

    Looks like I won't have my ACR Card in time to avail this one after Manila made some type of error with issuing it. :banghead:

    You can try and see if they will issue using your ACR card receipt.

    Hrmm? I would also need to show a photocopy of my Passport as it is also still being held waiting for the release of my ACR Card so the Agent can pick it up and send it to the Agent I am using here in Dumaguete. Might look into that, *fingers crossed* thanks :thumbsup:

    Problem is they renewed it from before when I was Probationary 13a to when I was approved for my 13a, (and I was told my old Copies are no longer valid) but I never received the new one as Manila stuffed something up and Cebu BOI had to send it back to be reissued...
