Not in the least, I was merely having a bit of fun. No disrespect or complaining on my part intended in the least. I apologize if I was offensive. I may be 'AlwaysRt' but that is also in jest as I am far from perfect myself.

    Done it today, was asked what was my income and I told them I do not receive a Salary, I receive a Pension paid by the Australian Government, not sure if they took that as an Income after all was said and done, but was charged;
    April to December 2017 - 2700p
    January to December 2018 - 3600p
    January to December 2019 - 3600p
    January to June 2020 - 1800p
    TOTAL: 11,700p

Added my Wife and Step Daughter as Dependents, so all three covered now until June 2020.

NOTE: Anyone going to the main Office, if you are disabled and unable to climb the stairs, you can press a button on the ground floor to have them come to you, if you are Elderly, Disabled or Pregnant, you can request a Priority Number and you will be seen to earlier...

Thanks to all for the advice

    *Edit:
When you go up the stairs and walk through the door, you will need to go to the left and get the forms to fill in from the Guard, then there is a table to the right around the corner where you can fill in the forms, once filled in, go back to the Guard and gain a Priority number (as stated earlier; if you are Disabled, Elderly or Pregnant tell the Guard to gain priority, the first number I had 113 people in front of me, the wife went back and gained another number and we were seen to in around 10/15 minutes) Then watch the Screen for your number to be flashed up and proceed to the Counter, then take the paper to the Cashier and pay, then go back to your Counter and finish the process, not very hard at all...

My Wife and Daughter were Members of Philhealth, she was given a form for both her and Daughter to cancel Membership which she did, then she went back to the counter and gave the completed Forms to the lady who then removed them from the system and added them both to mine as Dependents...

In your case; I would 'assume' you just need to pay the following years you wish to add to your current cover... I do not think it would be too hard to do mate if you are extending your current cover...

Did they ask you about income? Seems a lot are getting charged 300 vs 200 per month.

You are right in the middle of a question I have remaining about this change. Since you are now signed up and paid, does your wife retain the 'Woman with Child" coverage? According to the circular, along with the price increase, there is a reduction in coverage for our dependents. I wonder if that is effective 1 July 2017 or 2020 when the 1st p17,000 premium is due. Not sure there is a definitive answer yet.

I was asked, I told the lady my Pension is not an Income, it is a Pension, not money earnt here, it is money paid to me by the Australian Government, not the Philippines Government, she still charged me at 300p per month, I was not going to argue the point while I was getting 3 years cover compared to the alternative after July 1st...

As a member already for several years, I was not asked for my ACR card. I was already paid through December 2017, so I was able to renew for 18 months beyond that. My understanding is that if it comes to using PhilHealth, they will only pay beyond the normal (for foreigners) 14k or 17k yearly membership fee. If you choose to join, you will need your permanent (not temporary) ACR card.

as I understood it my wife and child will be covered on my policy as my dependents. I had to cancel her previous account so she could be covered under my account.
Qualified dependents shall be entitled to a separate coverage of up to 45 days per calendar year. However, the 45 days allowance shall be shared among them. We will see if that is enough this first year...
I was not asked about income... Since Jonie is pregnant we were in and out in 15 min...
