The Highway Patrol Group (HPG) has informed the public that they will start to apprehend vehicles with no Registration or Plates with FOR REGISTRATION. HPG added that the FOR REGISTRATION scheme is good as no Registration at all. Likewise they are informing the public that they will soon implement Republic Act No. 10666 or the Children’s Safety on Motorcycle Act of 2015, which penalizes motorcycle riders carrying small children as passengers. Their advice is to put up motorcycle sidecars to be able to transport Minors.
So as long as the vehicle is registered they won't be punishing people because of the LTO's complete incompetence?
