I have a Philippine PayPal Account, I sent the balance from my Aussie PayPal Account and was charged a fee for doing so.
My Aussie PayPal is linked to my Aussie Bank Account which is now closed due to inactivity because I arranged for my Pension to be paid directly to my Philippines Bank Account 2 1/2 years ago.
To load money to my Aussie PayPal I need to deposit money into my Aussie Bank Account, log into PayPal (AU) and nominate my Bank Account then select how much I wish to upload to my Oz PayPal Account and wait for it to clear.
The last time I inquired about International Bank transfers a few years back it was $45+AUD. So too expensive to transfer money to do it that way.
Philippines PayPal does not allow you to directly upload money to your PayPal Account from your Philippines Bank Account like in Oz, the only way to load your Philippines PayPal here is to open a Debit Account with your Philippines Bank linked to a Visa Card then using Visa load to your PayPal.
    PITA!! :banghead:
Hence why maybe Lazada COD or even Lazada via LBC might be a better option for the most compared to using eBay/PayPal... :sour:

I got confused halfway through that message. I remember transferring money to my Philippine PayPal from my US PayPal. I think I sent an invoice from my Philippine account and charged my US Paypal account for something. Will that come back and bite me in the @ss with my taxes? I personally don't give a sh*t what the BIR has to say about anything so.....probably not.

For bank transfers I use Xoom or Western Union for <$5.....but I have US bank accounts and only US bank accounts, not sure if they offer the same service for other countries.

Trust me confused the hell out of me until I worked it out (still processing it) It is STUPID how PayPal goes from a user friendly service in Oz to idiotic/useless here in the Philippines. :banghead:

Yes but the last time I got a COD from Lazada they would not let me open the package and test the product until I paid so it could be a rock in there (as some other member said).

Lozada does give a 30 day satisfaction /money back/exchange guarantee. I once received a defective product (COD)and LBC returned it free of charge and received the replacement free of any shipping charge. I've never tried getting my money back tho.
