I'd like to get some things off eBay but don't have an account. If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it a lot Just let me know Thanks
Or is it avoiding the surprise x,ooo peso customs/tax payment. Seems like some people get hammered but others 'know a way' to avoid it. I don't see how it can be illegal since you are ordering from a legit company. I would like to know 'the correct way to order' also. Too chicken to order anything until then as I already got hammered for a few shirts (4 shirts from Cabela's cost me an extra p1,500 on delivery)
Usually the customs fee at PO office is $1.12 per item-not an issue overall, and I'd pay that of course. Unless it's shipped DHL, Fed Ex then you are screwed.
Actually I had an account until a few months ago when my cc expired, now my password doesn't work and instead of grinding thru ebay's customer service-which may include having to open a new acct according to them... it'd be easier to have someone log in on my non-member page and pay for the stuff in my cart/get it on its' way. I'd pay them cash on the spot same time.
I use this service for years, works perfect and fast if you want it (by air) or cheap when you prefer (by boat) My Shopping Box They give you an american adress so to order in amazon, ebay, bestbuy or whatever it works perfect for me
I heard someone got hit at the post office once, not sure why that one particular package got singled out. Other than that, I have had the same experience, p112 at Philpost with no mention of what is in the package. Is staying with Philpost only 'the big secret' these guys are keeping?
Are you hit by those unknown fees when using this service? or do they have a special way around them?
I just opened a new ebay acct, went thru the routine, and it wouldn't accept my payment at check out ....grr
