Suggest it to the management of the business to create a Google My Business listing so Google will send a postcard with a verification code to rectify the entry on Google Maps, else it may never change.
Sorry I am unaware if they have done any infrastructure to prevent flooding. Right after this incident, this article shows plans to improve the drainage system esp for the areas most affected.
On the hospital: I was wondering that the building looks quite unusual/odd even for a hotel. Especially with the huge concrete place. Yeah got the explanation today. It was build as a bus terminal. But Ceres builds its own bus terminal. Therefore was it changed into a hotel and now in a hospital.
(Interesting your pic is shown only when I reply.) In some sense I would agree. At least Bayawan have a better hospital now (I hope).
IBC (International Business Center) was a hotel/conference center a few years ago. Nice sized rooms, but the tile in the bathrooms was so slippery as to be an extreme hazard after a shower---very poor choice of tile---My experience in Bayawan is similar to SunSea---it looks clean, but if you walk the beaches or that lovely, wide boulevard you may find you have a different opinion. Restaurants of note in Bayawan are almost nonexistant, although the restaurant at the top of C & L is OK , Talipapa is a typical Pinoy beach bar/chicken insal place and the new Trenth's Coffee Shop is decent. Several others I patronized were so bad in both food and service that I wont mention names for fear of lawsuits!
